Since then, she has continuously deepened her knowledge and practice by exploring different countries, holistic disciplines and types of Yoga such as Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Vinyasa. Wishing to share with the greatest number all the benefits that bring the practice of Yoga in all its forms, she did her 200 hrs certified Yoga teacher training. Today, it is a pleasure fo her to share a few moments with her students on a mat and accompany them to their well-being and health state through the practice of Yoga and Wholeness.
