Eileen von Knobelsdorff
Eileen started yoga when she was 5 years old. She then switched to dancing and found back to yoga in 2010. Always having been a health conscious person, she loves eating healthy, being sporty and experiencing alternative healing methods. Working in the corporate world taught her how important the work & life balance is and how yoga has an incredible positive impact on it. Not only it helped her to relieve stress but it also improved her back problems. She is convinced that yoga is a holistic healing method that can be beneficial for just any type of person.
Traveling is another passion, she lived in 9 different countries and practiced yoga in different parts of the world (Australia, US & South America). She also enjoys supporting good causes and volunteered at a NGO in Ecuador. As a passionate dancer she loves practicing (Ballet, Kizomba, Salsa & Bachata) and likes learning about new cultures. This world traveler speaks fluently Luxembourgish, German, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
She obtained her 200hr Yoga Alliance certified certificate in Thailand and also has a Master in International Business.
